August 19, 2011 – Recap

Supporters and Friends of From the Dust: Thanks so much for the continued support of our ministry. As we catch our breath, cool off, and replenish our spirits and minds for the second half of our schedule for 2011, we hope that all is well with you and your families. The Limestone County Unit houses a male population consisting of male offenders on the federal, state, and county level. This was our first time to visit this unit. Again the weather did not cooperate and we moved indoors to stay warm.

Because of bad weather, the event format moved from outside to inside at this unit. The rain had been falling for three days and the temperature around 40 degrees. We were very thankful for the comfort and warmth of the chapel.
